[kronolith] Editing external calendar

Hi,

trying to edit an external caldav-calendar (hosted on davical) is failing.

davical log-reports:

[Tue Nov 06 01:19:01 2012] [error] [client 88.198.91.237] davical: ALL:
DAVResource::FetchPrivileges: Privileges of "111111111111111111111111"
for user "user at example.com" accessing
"/user at example.com/home/caldav.php/user at example.com/home/509856f0-9268-449e-818c-08ffd5efc524.ics"

the error is caused by a wrong url: it should read something like
/user at example.com/home/foobar.ics
the "caldav.php/user at example.com/home" part shouldn't appear.
