[kronolith] Horde_Cli::singleton() in /usr/bin/kronolith-import-icals

Hello,

i would like to do a task in cron to import a file in format ics to a
calendar of user user1 at domain.loc all the days.

But when i execute  /usr/bin/kronolith-import-icals in the command line,
this give a error:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined method Horde_Cli::singleton() in
/usr/bin/kronolith-import-icals on line 28

I have installed kronolith 3.0.18
