[kronolith] subscription link on dynamic view

Hello,

i have a problem with subscription link to shared calendar on dynamic view.

User A share a calendar with user B, then user B receive a email with a
subscription link. If the user B go to the link and select dynamic view
this gives a error "You are not allowed to view this calendar.", but if the
user B go to the link and select Traditional view, the subscription is ok
and not show any error. In Traditional mode works fine.

I use Kronolith 3.0.18 and horde 4.0.16
