[kronolith] Fwd: Kronolith 4.04: Class Horde_Dav_Server does not exist

Hello everyone else.

I just installed Horde/Groupware with

  > pear install -f --alldeps horde/groupware
  > goupware-install

as my first try also discovered several packages still in beta.

After the neccessary Administration everything seemed to be fine,
except that Thunderbird did not import the ICAL calendars.

Finally I found that copying the ICal-String to the browser results in
the following error:

   A fatal error has occurred
   Class Horde_Dav_Server does not exist

( Full ReflectionException Object can be fount at
http://www.pabst.biz/kronolith-error.txt )

and the same error can be found in syslog:

  HORDE: [horde] Class Horde_Dav_Server does not exist pid 14664 on
   line 60 of "/usr/share/php/Horde/Injector/Binder/Implementation.php"]

I guess I missed something during install, and will appreciate any
hint about how to fix this problem
