[kronolith] accept and update in calendar do not create event

Maybe it is a good idea to add a option like "Accept and update in my  
calendar, add a copy in my calendar"?
Problem at the moment (I know its a ActiveSync design problem) is that  
people miss events because there are not on the smartphone.
