[kronolith] horde_dav_collections missing

Hi,

after upgrading the error message "horde_dav_collection" is shown. The
Konfiguration screen says, the databases are up to date.

So the migration obviously isn't complete.

In a previous thread Michael mentioned, that there is an option in the
library list for the migration, but I don't see any kind of library list.

Any ideas, what's going wrong or a hint, how to create the necessary
table manually?
