[kronolith] Repeating events don't showup in Evolution over caldav

This doesn't have anything to do with CalDAV, but rather seems to be a  
problem with Evolution parsing correctly the iCalendar data that  
Kronolith provides.

See if there is some debug option in Evolution, because that's where  
the events fail.
