[kronolith] Embed calendar on website

Hello,

We try to embed some public calendars (Kronolith 4.0.4) on another
website.

First we realized the suggested link is missing the Horde domain name,
possibly a clue to some kind of configuration problem?

Then we realized the calender is only visible on the website when
somebody is logged in to Horde. If nobody is logged in, no calendar is
displayed.

Any hints how to fix this are highly appreciated.
