[kronolith] Handling system caldav calendars in Kronolith

Hi List,

in the latest Kronolith and Horde_Dav releases we introduced CalDAV
access for system calendars and task lists.

System Calendars are owned by nobody and can only be setup by
administrators in traditional kronolith view.

Unfortunately, Kontact calendar does only support adding calendars by
principal url. System calendars are not included in your user's
principal. To add system calendars in Kontact, please use

https://yourdomainhere/rpc/principals/-system-/

or

https://yourdomainhere/rpc.php/principals/-system-/

for systems without pretty urls.
