Can you clarify on Locale's date format? 

Does it mean

1. Local PC settings which is used for creating the event.
2. Browser settings.

Sorry for too many questions, please clarify.

Now, everybody in our company is appreciating the new interface and hence
getting the things clarified, before actual end users start asking me the
questions.
