[kronolith] Trouble with synced kalender

The culprit was already found, it was a leftover SyncML client  
(Funambol) which pumped in the copies. They have all different UID,  
but because of the amount (several hundreds) deleting them with the UI  
is a PITA. Simply deleting them in kronolith_events table is not a  
option because of horde_historie, no?
Is there a recommended way to mass-delete kronolith events?
