[kronolith] Clickable URL in calendar event

Hi Arne, many thanks for your reply... and so it does! Even better than 
that, it is actually clickable directly from the calendar without having 
to click into the details. I wonder if there's a way to make it 
clickable in the (very good) dynamic view?
