[kronolith] embedded calendars and time display

i'm new to this, so first of all: thanks for a great program :-)


i'm using the Kronolith calendar system to show the activity of a
group of people on different websites. the pitty is: we speak german,
and in Germany the usual format for a time is for example "23:45".

if i am logged in in Kronolith, my calendar items are shown in this
format ont he webseite where my calendar is embedded.

if i am not logged in to Kronolith, the time format shown is "11:45pm"
for that time.

is there any way to change that so that even if i am not logged into
Kronolith the time ist shown as "23:45" ?
