[kronolith] Date display in New Event

[Per olof Ljungmark]

I have Global preferences set to display date as
2015-01-26
and Language set to
English (British)

If I create a new event, the date is displayed as
26/01/2015

If I change the language setting to Swedish, the date is displayed as
2015-01-26

Thus, the "Global" date setting is NOT global.

Is this intentional or a bug?
