[kronolith] retrieving a user calendar as ICS

Hello
I am an administrator of a horde instance.
Some of my users will be moving away and want to leave with their ICS calendar
It there a way for an administrator to retrieve some users' calendars as ICS ( i know it's possible  for the end user to export his own calendars, but i'd like to do it for them ) . Or is there a way as admin user to login as a named user ?
