You can read the thread that was linked, that was just the start of
the thread.
The tl;dr; is that WeatherUnderground's API is dead, and the WWO API
has changed it's API and licensing since our implementation was
written. We will NOT be updating it because of the restrictive link
back requirements. The OpenWeatherMap driver needs some work to be
useable because of the way the location ids and searching work. It's
mostly useable in git master, but not yet fully ready. We might also
look at adding a DarkSky API driver in the future if there is enough
interest...
