[kronolith] Email Reminder wrong Path

Hi and thanks for your answer. Actually, it's the same with every
installation I do with Horde via PEAR.

I've fixed it for me with ModRewrite:

   Rewrite Engine on
   RewriteRule ^ / usr / bin (. *) $ 1 [R = 301, L]
