[luxor] Error on line 37

Thanks Jan for the quick fix!!!

Unfortunately, there is another warning now.  The markup seems to complete and
from luxor nothing seems to be a miss.  Seems to occur on the second half of
the generation process.  Here are the errors:

PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
../horde/luxor/lib/Lang/Generic.php on line 134
