[mimp]mailbox view

I'm still trying to find out by which algorithm the messages in the mailbox
view are displayed. :-) 

At least they're sorted by either arrival or send time. But it's a block of
message from the middle of my inbox. In IMP these message show up around
page two of five in my inbox.
And unfortunately there are now navigation elements (at least with the html
renderer) to go forth and back. But these might just no be implemented yet.
