[mimp] Mobile.php - there but not there?

I have php 4.3.2, and horde, turba, mimp and imp from the June 6 snapshot.

going to http://host/hordet/mimp tells me
Fatal error: Failed opening required
'/opt/apache/htdocs/hordet/mimp/templates/index/../../../lib/Mobile.php'
(include_path='/opt/php4/lib/php:/opt/horde-imp/phplib:/opt/stu/lib:.'')
in /opt/apache/htdocs/hordet/mimp/templates/index/notconfigured.inc on
line 6

however,
ls -l /opt/apache/htdocs/hordet/mimp/templates/index/../../../lib/Mobile.php

-rw-r--r--    1 root     root        34528 Jun  6 14:30
/opt/apache/htdocs/hordet/mimp/templates/index/../../../lib/Mobile.php

So the file is there, it should be able to read it, yet it still claims
that it can't.  I realize the daily snaps have a chance to have an issue
with them, but neither of the files in question have changed in CVS since
then, and even so, this seems to be a very odd problem.

Perhaps I didn't get enough sleep last night, but hopefully someone can
smack me with the obvious :)
