[mnemo] RELENG_1 branch has erroneous mySQLScript

Not sure if you guys know this but the mnemo_memos.sql file is corrupt in the 
RELENG_1 branch.

fortunately I saw a post here referring to the HEAD cvs branch file to grab 
and run against my MySQL server but you should update the RELENG_1 branch.


Looks like whoever exported the sql script had a wrong command as this is what 
the file looks like in the RELENG branch:
