[mnemo] Cannot create new notes

Using the HEAD version from CVS:
I can list notes but I do not have any and have no option to create new
ones.  Generated this error in the horde.log file when I selected mnemo:
HORDE [error] [mnemo] not supported [on line 102 of "/horde/horde/mnemo/lib/Mnemo.php"]
 
Suggestions?
