[nag] show external whups -> Share name **EXTERNAL** not found

I don't know, same happens if the user select "Tickets" in
"Preferences for Tasks" -> "External Data".
Something in my database wrong with this user account?

I am really confused about the "**EXTERNAL**" in the select statement.
=>  SELECT * FROM nag_sharesng WHERE share_name = '**EXTERNAL**'
