Claude,
I had the exact same issue a few days ago... Someone suggested to make sure
mod_rewrite was properly activated and that I had .htaccess files as well
in my horde folders. Turned out, I had a typo in my <directory> directive
in httpd.conf...
You are using a different web server which I am unfamiliar with. Maybe
this is the same issue? I am using apache.
