nag sql template

I just update my nag from CVS.  I have read a lot of messages about
various changes to the application and the database, but haven't seen
a summary of what has changed.  In the latest CVS it appears that
docs/nag_tasks.sql is missing.  Can someone put it back, or at least
reply with the proper template so I can update my database so it works?
