nag problems

Hello. i just cvs'up horde/imp/turba/nag and having troubles with nag
functionality
in options when i try to select change language i get:

      Warning: Failed opening
'/usr/local/www/horde/config/../nag/templates/prefs/select.inc' for
inclusion (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php:.') in
/usr/local/www/horde/nag/prefs.php on line 159

and in sorting i get:
Warning: Failed opening
'/usr/local/www/horde/config/../nag/templates/prefs/enum.inc' for inclusion
(include_path='/usr/local/lib/php:.') in /usr/local/www/horde/nag/prefs.php
on line 159

these files dont exist in nag/temaplates/pref
i also checked through the web interface on horde.org , they dont exist
there either.
is it by desing?
