Added date

In my long-delayed quest to have Nag match the Palm todo list more closely 
to enable syncing, I'm changing/adding some fields so that we line up 
better. The Palm addressbook doesn't track the date a todo item is added, 
and this makes sense to me, the way the list ends up being used, so I'd 
like to remove that column from Nag.

Any objections?
