NAG Error - Adding New Task

Hi,

I've getting the following error message when I go to add a new task in
NAG.

Warning: sprintf(): too few arguments in /nag/lib/Driver/sql.php on
line 214

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by
(output started at /usr/local/coolmail/nag/lib/Driver/sql.php:214) in
/usr/local/coolmail/nag/task.php on line 138


If somebody could tell me what i'm doing wrong it would be
appreciated.
