[nag] installation problems

Ok, i am running horde 2.0 and nag 1.0, so my problem isn't related to
that.So there's still the problem : where's my Notification.php.  I am
pretty sure it didn't came with the horde 2.0 distribution. (or am i just
plain blind or stupid....)
