[nag] Little patch and translation update

Here's a little patch for Nag (RELENG) file template/list/header.inc:

When the task count is 1, it shows "1 task" instead of "1 tasks", 
otherwise it shows "%d tasks".


And here's a patch for po/fi_FI.po, an update to the translation:
