[nag] cannot find prefs.php

I am using HEAD version from this afternoon.  I download the framework at 
that time and re-ran the install.  After editing a task list, I pressed 
the 'back to task list options' and received this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /horde/nag/prefs.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.47 (Fedora) Server at localhost Port 443
