[nag] Shared tasks

I've seen several questions posted to the list about shared tasks in 
Nag, most recently in November, but no answers.  I'd like to share a 
task or category of tasks with another user.

I'm running Horde 2.2.1 and Nag 1.1 with a MySQL backend.  I don't see 
any hints in the user interface as to how to share a task.

There are several entries in prefs.php that seem to make 'shared' a 
configurable option ( it's set to false for all but the user language 
preference), but I'm unable to find documentation that tells me what 
these settings mean.  I'd guess they provide for shared preferences, 
which is interesting but not what I'm after.

I'd be grateful for a clue.
