[nag] Nag H3 (2.1-RC1)

Is scripts/migrate_to_datatree_driver.php supposed to be used? It seems
to have a fairly recent date, but I get a DB error when I try to run it
and conf.php for nag state nag_tasks is used.

I'm probably just confused, as usual.. ?
