[nag] Undefined indeces: task_creator and task_assignee

Hi,

after upgrading to the lastest HEAD version of nag I'm getting some errors:

Notice: Undefined index: task_creator in  
/var/www/html/horde/nag/lib/Driver/sql.php on line 445

Notice: Undefined index: task_assignee in  
/var/www/html/horde/nag/lib/Driver/sql.php on line 446


There is this upgrade script  
nag/scripts/upgrades/2006-04-18_add_creator_and_assignee_fields.php

but this is not working either:

Storing task creators for vt ...
