[nic] How Do I Enable Devices Listed in devices.php?

Oops, nevermind :) I hadn't noticed the cli-backend.php
script under scripts. I ran it but the results show up
as black fonts on a dark (Horde-Standard) background
which makes it hard to read. FYI.

Looks good otherwise, GREAT work!
