[nic] warning: IOCTL (I/O-Control)

Hello,

just installed nic and for the first it was fine, except the network-status
part. I didn't show me more than the bars. So then I installed the .sql files
into my db mysql, which I use as backend.

Now I'm getting this when clicking on "network":

/usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/nic/index.php on line 20

(Gerät = Device, unpassender = "not matching")

I then did edit  nic/config/devices.php and made the appropriate entries for my
servers and did this:

sapi/cli/php cli-backend.php

which worked fine without errors. But I can't reach the page.

What can I do here? I'm really stuck and don't know what this wants to tell me.
If you need more information I will try my best.
