[nic] Installation of nic module , Can anyone help please

Hello 

I have try to install the nic module on Horde 3.2.5 and when I untar it
And try to run I am getting this error.

/home/hsphere/shared/apache/htdocs/horde/nic/index.php on line 18

Also on the line 18 on index.php page in the nic folder 
I have this line

if (!$nic_configured) {
    require NIC_BASE . '/../lib/Test.php';

#############################################################

The # '/../lib/Test.php' # in what it should be changed to make the nic
module to work??
