[nic] SNMP Community Name

Hello,

By default snmp.php assumes the community to be 'public'. For obvious reasons it
would be nice to be able to specify a different community name.

After tripping my way thru the code, I found a way to make this possible.
Changed files include:

/nic/config/devices.php
/nic/lib/Device/snmp.php
As well as the SNMP host device file. For example
/nic/lib/Device/win2k.php

I do not know how to create a patch for the affected code. Can I use cvs.exe to
create a patch? Or should I simply submit the changed file(s) to the list?

Please advise.
