[nic] Nic_Device_SNMP::retrieveDetails() Status

I'm just wondering what's going on with Nic_Device_SNMP::retrieveDetails() as
there is no reference to it in the code.  It does make sense to actually leave
it there as retrieveStoreableData() obviously does something different.
