[rakim] This may be a bit premature but how does a guest get access.

Rakim is a really practical application in addition to being cool.  It
works for me with cvs update from this morning with two users logged in
to horde and selecting launch as if they were each support staff but I can't
figure out how a guest/user/client can access the support staff.  I did
try allowing guest access and it takes me to the login screen.  I apologize
if I've missed something obvious.
