Thanks, Chuck, that does get me to a "registration" screen and into the
system. The guest is then detected by the support person and the timer
is clicking away merrily :-) I am able to see what his question is only
by mouse over the no entry page. If I want to send him a message, I'm
able to send it but it isn't received by the user nor can he send a message.
Is this the expected behavior or have I missed something yet again?
