| No, that is rather unexpected behavior. It's also not behavior that I can
| reproduce.

Thanks, I'm back to test some more.  BTW, when signing off, if you give your
email again you get two copies of the support session.  Is the last one
necessary?

I'm able to communicate perfectly well between two support sessions on the same
machine using different virtual domains, fwiw.  I'm going to try and find why
the user doesn't receive the information from support and why I get the "no
entry page" for each user.

The rakim tables in mysql seem to coincide with the test sessions.
