[rakim] RAKIM SQL

Hi there, was trying to get RAKIM up and running and am noticing that the
permissions to the db on the rakim tables are not being set in the initial
sql code...just curious how to set this manually and if that was going to be
in the sql tables soon or if I should drop and redo because they already
are???
