[rakim] config.php?

I've setup Rakim (latest snapshot) and when I click on 'Support' from the Horde
Menu I get the message:

'Some of Rakim's configuration files are missing:
conf.php'

I can't find any conf.php.dist file yet the main index.php file in the Rakim
directory refers to conf.php in the conf subdirectory. What have I done wrong?
