[sam] Name recommendation..

Marc and I were tossing things around over lunch, and came up with a neat
name for SAM (an official one), Minotaur.. I am up for leaving it as SAM,
but I know you guy's use Mythical based name and Marc and I figure
Minotaur applies as Spam Assassin is a guardian of sorts...
