[sam] Whitelist/Blacklist Error, Amavisd Driver

I'm using SAM with the amavisd driver.

If I try to add a whitelist entry for a user who has not yet saved their
"Spam Options" I get:

"Cannot set options: DB Error: syntax error"

I created my tables with the script in scripts/drivers/amavisd_mysql.sql.

Short of pre-saving default "Spam Options" for all users, is there
anything I can do?
