[sam] Problem when adding email address to white/blacklist

Got these error messages when I'm trying to white/blacklist an email address:

Warning: str_repeat(): Second argument has to be greater than or equal to 0. in
/srv/www/webmail2.jeito.com.br/horde/sam/lib/Driver/amavisd_sql.php on line
411


Success  Recipient created: saulo at escolha.ppg.br

Error  Cannot set options: DB Error: mismatch


The recipient created is stored in the sql db, but the address that i want to
white/blacklist is not stored.

Any hints?
