[scry] I can create a poll but it doesn't generate a form.

| yep, you most probably have your horde webroot misconfigured in your
| config/registry.php

Thanks, Marko.  That was the first thing that I checked before sending
the email.  I must have done something else because only pixel.php is
duplicating horde.  I'll find it with a little time, I'm sure.
