Okay, i really don't know what the problem is...

I have tried talking to Jan about the problem, but that is no good.
Util::addParameter keeps adding '&amp;' instead of just '&'. i have tried. i
really have. i can't make the damn thing do anything productive any more.

Just remove the 'amp;' from the url and it will work. I have tested it.
