In your version, yes.  But in mine, PhyNet appears on the login page,
the summary page, the Horde menu bar, etc.  In other words, for me, 
Horde *is* out PhyNet portal, so pretty much I've replaced all occurances
of "Horde" with "PhyNet".  For other people, they either leave it as
Horde, or change it to some other site specific value...
